Director's Share Options 
 
 
Commoditrade announces the following in respect of share options awarded to a 
Director of the Company. 
 
 
The Company's Remuneration Committee has granted Chief Executive David Phipps, 
effective 8 May 2009, options to acquire 16,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each 
("Ordinary Share") exercisable at a price of 5 pence.  These options will vest 
in tranches based on the Commoditrade share price as follows:

The options, once vested, will be immediately exercisable. 
 
 
In addition to the above, David Phipps also beneficially holds 950,000 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 0.27 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
