Commoditrade was notified yesterday by Brewin Dolphin Securities, in accordance 
with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that following a sale of 2,000,000 
ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Brewin 
Nominees (Channel Islands) Limited, its client Ambeson Limited, now has an 
interest in 93,805,706 Ordinary Shares, representing approximatley 24.93 per 
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
