Commoditrade was notified today by Man Financial Limited, in accordance with 
Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that as at the close of business on 1 
November 2006 it was the beneficial owner of 18,875,100 ordinary shares of 0.1p 
each in the Company, representing approximately 5.02 per cent. of the issued 
ordinary share capital of the Company.
