                       Closing of Offer for Subscription                       

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that it has received completed
application forms for 4,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to
the Offer for Subscription which opened 2 February 2006. The gross proceeds
raised pursuant to the Offer for Subscription is �1,400,000.

The Offer for Subscription has now been closed.
