AdEPT Telecom is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 2.30pm today, all the proposed resolutions were duly passed.

Roger Wilson, Chairman of AdEPT Telecom, commenting at the Company's AGM said:

"AdEPT is successfully making the transition from a traditional fixed-line service provider to a complete communications integrator, supplying next generation products and data solutions. In the year ended 31 March 2012, the Company maintained profitability and continued to be highly cash generative, with a further GBP2.1m net debt reduction."
