Following this purchase, Mr Swaite has a total beneficial interest in

Woodruffe, Operations Director, acquired 3,400 ordinary shares of 10p each 
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 16.73p per share. 
 
 
Following this purchase, Ms Woodruffe has a total beneficial interest in 
3,400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the current issued
