Victory Energy Board of Directors Authorizes Dividend

CARSON CITY, NV announces that the Board of Directors has authorized an extraordinary stock dividend to the Corporation's shareholders.

Victory will issue as an extraordinary stock dividend, one (1) common share of stock for every four (4) shares of common stock held by a shareholder on the Record date. The Board will determine the Record date and Payment date in its next meeting. This dividend of common shares will be subject to and in accordance with Rule 144.

"We are looking to reward our current shareholders and make the Corporation more attractive to potential investors. The Board anticipates announcing the Record date and Payment date on Monday, April 28, 2008," stated Jon Fullenkamp, President of Victory Energy Corporation.
