Victory Energy Remedies Reporting Deficiency According to Rule 6530

CARSON CITY, NV announced today it has corrected a deficiency in its public reporting obligations pursuant to Rule 6530.

"We have filed an amendment to the annual report due to an oversight, on behalf of the Corporation and its auditor, concerning the date of the auditor's letter. The letter was incorrectly dated 2007; the letter has been corrected by the auditor to reflect 2008. The Corporation is now compliant with its reporting obligations pursuant to Rule 6530," stated Jon Fullenkamp, President of Victory Energy Corporation.
