StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SFOR), a company that
specializes in the prevention of Identity Theft, today announced
that leading Internet content security provider, Trend Micro, has
licensed its GuardedID® keystroke encryption technology. Trend
Micro has added GuardedID's new "Standard" version to its Trend
Micro Internet Security Pro and VirusBuster 2010 product suites as
part of an ongoing strategy to provide users with the most
comprehensive security offerings available.
"We are very excited about Trend Micro licensing our GuardedID
keystroke encryption technology," says Mark L. Kay, CEO of
StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. "Trend Micro is considered one of
the world's leading Internet content security providers. Trend
Micro will be offering our new browser-based keystroke encryption
tool through their Trend Micro free tool center, which will benefit
millions of users worldwide," says Mr. Kay.
"We chose GuardedID because its keystroke encryption technology
is the most powerful tool available for protecting the customer's
personal information," says Mr. Takeshi Yoshida, Senior Director,
Global Consumer CBU and Japan Consumer Marketing. "GuardedID can
encrypt and protect in real-time, not only single byte character
password fields but also double byte character fields for
addresses, names, and more. This is significant because we can now
offer GuardedID's advanced browser encryption protection throughout
the Asian region, and beyond," says Mr. Yoshida.
Additionally, Trend Micro customers will be offered a special
"Premium" version of GuardedID, which extends the browser-based
encryption coverage to include Microsoft Windows desktop
applications, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, financial applications,
email applications, Instant Messenger Programs, VPN clients,
etc.
"Our new 'Premium' version is the worlds most advanced real-time
keystroke encryption technology for the protection of personal and
corporate information," says Mr. Kay.
