(1)  Stock options granted pursuant to Salon Media Group, Inc. 2014 Stock Plan, filed as an exhibit to Salon Media Group, Inc.'s Form 10-K on June 26, 2014.
(2)  Mr. Bienvenu was granted an option to purchase up to 1,153,846 shares of Common Stock on September 6, 2017. 25% of the option shares become exercisable one year from the date Mr. Bienvenu's board service began, and then ratably over the following 36 months (1/48 per month).
(3)  Mr. Bienvenu is Managing Partner at Spear Point Capital Management, LLC, which owns 443,203 shares of Series A Mandatorily Convertible Stock, which converts into 44,320,300 shares of Common Stock.
