Red Branch Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RBTI) today announced it has named Dick O'Leary, Senior Director, Global Solutions Group, at multi-billion dollar IT giant EMC Corporation as its new chairman of the board. EMC had annual revenues of $17 billion in 2010 and its market cap in 2011 places EMC among the 10 most valuable Information Technology product companies in the world. The new chairman succeeds R. Paul Gray and will take over the position effective immediately.

After joining EMC in 2004 Mr. O'Leary has been responsible for establishing and overseeing the global security solutions group which, under his leadership, grew from inception into an industry leader with success throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

In addition to being directly involved with large public and private organizations in the technology and security sectors for the past 20 years, Mr. O'Leary has demonstrated his unique talents in identifying and accelerating growth strategies which directly impacted company revenues. Prior to joining EMC he was Managing Director for The Boston Group, a strategic advisory firm, where he served as advisor to a number of organizations in the technology, security and financial sectors. He previously earned international industry recognition helping to grow start-ups into multi-million dollar organizations and leading solution development, sales & marketing efforts with two Fortune 500 companies.
