Indie Ranch Media Inc. (PINKSHEETS: INDR) today announces its wholly owned subsidiary NetMix Broadcasting Network, Inc. www.netmixbroadcasting.com ("NetMix") has completed additional feature sets that will extend the market share and increase revenue potential for NetMix and their development partner BlueShift Wireless.

As previously announced, NetMix, together with development partner BlueShift Wireless, has completed testing the features needed for broadcasting stations who currently distribute their content via satellite to utilize the NetMix Broadcasting Network as a more cost effective alternative. One of the initial tests will be with JENNiRADIO and will include a live demonstration of the new technology. The broadcasting application of the software required the ability to properly respond to the in stream signals transmitted on the client side to trigger local advertising on a precisely scheduled basis.

Presently, Internet broadcasting applications are not designed to provide auditable ad placement or precisely scheduled placement. In order to provide a viable alternative to satellite services those features had to be included in the NetMix software. One additional hurdle that had to be addressed was the latency issues in current streaming software; this has been reduced to less than one tenth of a second. This will allow NetMix to provide a very low cost alternative to terrestrial stations that are presently using satellite services to distribute syndicated content, to broadcast live events and for Internet broadcasting. NetMix expects to begin signing agreements with broadcasters in the fourth quarter of this year.
