eHydrogen Solutions Acquires $1,775,000 in Technology Assets to Advance H2-Reactor Initiative

eHydrogen Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EHYD) announced today the
completion of an additional Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer
Agreement that includes core Reactive Metal Hydrogen Production
technologies that economically and environmentally produce hydrogen
on demand, utilizing only water and reactive metal alloys including
aluminium or magnesium.
No outside power source is required and the system generates no
emissions. The resultant oxides and alloys are economically
replenished, sustainable, and recyclable, thereby creating the
'perfect' clean energy source.
The transaction is valued at $1,775,000, purchased through an
equity-building issuance of Preferred Stock and will create no debt
for the Company. This transaction is in addition to the two
previous Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer Agreements completed
earlier this year and substantially expands its core On Demand
Hydrogen Production (ODHP) technologies and adds impetus to its
recently announced The H2-Reactor Initiative.
The addition of these important assets to the core ODHP
technologies, together with technological advances and recent
government research funding, has advanced Reactive Metal ODHP
technologies to a level where they can be integrated into eHs'
recently announced H2-Reactor Distributed Energy and CHP
projects.
Additionally, these processes, when integrated to meet local
conditions and requirements, will produce hydrogen in sufficient
quantities to meet most production requirements for Hydrogen
fuelling stations required to meet the growing demand of Hydrogen
Fuel Cell Vehicles and stationary Fuel Cell applications.
This has important potential implications, since hydrogen can be
produced on-site, at little cost, with no outside power source and
does not need to be transported.
The Company believes that Distributed Power Generation, for both
residential and commercial use (both for Combined Heat & Power
and as a Hydrogen source for fuel cell vehicles and power
generation) , is an emerging growth sector that promises to become
a significant and vital energy option primed for strong sales
growth of the company's holdings and technologies.
The Company's recent IP asset acquisitions and developmental
progress of key On Demand Hydrogen Production (ODHP) technologies
has enabled the company to expand its operations to the critical
Technology Development & Demonstration phase of the Innovative
Cycle, which includes Prototype, Demonstration and Market Analysis.
The Company has assembled experienced cross-functional teams to
guide each innovation acquisition, technological adaptation and
system integration through the required steps to successful
commercialization.
The Company encourages collaborative development of its core
ODHP technologies through its Collaboration Opportunities portal on
its recently updated website @ www.eHydrogenSolutions.com.
The Company believes its acquisition and growth-oriented
business plan will provide stockholders with consistent equity
growth and access to the multi-billion dollar alternative energy
industry through its licensing and distribution of hydrogen-powered
energy systems and solutions.
The Company continues to develop and license a variety of
technologies and power systems founded on its core ODHP holdings
and will make further announcements on the progress of each of
these new initiatives as the various technologies are integrated
into its development and partnership programs.
