(PINKSHEETS: GRYE) announced that CEO Tecson highlighted the importance of continuing research and development in finding alternative sources of energy, combating foreign oil dependence and protecting biodiversity. In response, the company presented its IGP (Income Generating Program), designed to tailor-fit its jatropha production activities to the Indigenous Group of People, held on April 13 to 15th Tribal Leaders Meeting, co-sponsored by the WORLDBANK. GreenGold had complemented the theme of the meeting which focused on the strengthening of the Institutional Effectiveness of the NCIP (National Commission on the Indigenous People).

IGP is a program that is designed to be mutually beneficial both for the company's increasing of biofuel jatropha feedstocks and GreenGold's helping the tribesmen in generating income. This IGP is designed to provide sustainable livelihood projects in this countryside. The majority of the indigenous people in Mindanao rendered positive constructive interaction and acceptance of GreenGold as the company and organization that can make a difference in their lives:

UPDATES. Lots of visitors wanted to visit the GreenGold Jatropha Demo-Farms, as the company's Jatropha model for everyone: visitors, shareholders, the international and local officials. The site has been ideal due to its easy access along the national highway.

1. Jatropha Demo-Farm -- Bulawan, Agusan Del Sur consists of 7 hectares of
   farmlands adding another 130 kilos of jatropha seeds for propagation
   and cultivation. Greenhouse and staff house construction is on-going.

2. Jatropha Demo-Farm -- Mawab mountains, Davao del Norte consists of 3
   hectares of farmland with jatropha seeds already planted along
   with the construction of the GreenHouse.

3. Nasipit Port Harbor Site -- One hectare of land is set for GreenGold's
   Biofuel Processing Refinery Plant Site for a purchase price of
   $210,000 USD.

4. Hijo Davao Plant Site -- Purchase price of about $20,000.00 for the
   one hectare of GreenGold's Biofuel Plant Site.

5. Biodiesel Processing & Refinery Plant -- Switzerland made 100 Million
   Gallons+ per year production capacity (the Biodiesel processing and
   refinery unit) and is in its final phase of contract negotiations.
   Comparisons of locally manufactured units are considered; GreenGold
   is considering other factors such as the durability and quality of
   imported unit.

HIGHLIGHTS:

1. GreenGold is finalizing the working alliance and partnership with Meri
   Jatropha Farms and Management Services, that has at least 500 hectares.
   The Agreement between GreenGold and Meri Jatropha Farms will be based
   on PTMA.

2. GreenGold is scheduled on April 24th to be broadcasted on the air on
   DXDA, an AM Radio Station in Caraga Region. CEO Tecson will discuss the
   IGP jatropha technology, farming and development projects with members
   of the DENR (Dept. of Natural Resources) and other local governments
   in Agusan del Sur.

3. Mayor Jose Chua of San Luis, Caraga Region invited GreenGold to help
   its community on the implementation of the IGP program.

4. All Mayors and Governors of Mindanao showed interest in GreenGold's
   Jatropha Farming and IGP Jatropha Farming program.

5. Zamboanga & Misamis Occidental presentation and meeting with the
   chieftains and Filipino Muslim Sultans is set to meet in June.
