Aeon Global Health Corp. (the “Registrant”) files this report for a fifteen (15) day extension for filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019 (“Form 10-K”). The Registrant will not be in position to file its Form 10-K by the prescribed filing date without unreasonable effort or expense due to the delay experienced by the Registrant in completing its financial statements and other disclosures in the Form 10-K, resulting in a delay in obtaining a final review of its financial statements and other information contained in the Form 10-K by its Board of Directors and its independent registered public accounting firm.

The Registrant is filing this Form 12b-25 for a 15-day extension for filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019. Management expects that operating results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019 may significantly vary compared to the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018. The Registrant expects to report revenues of approximately $12.9 million for fiscal year ended June 30, 2019, compared to revenues of approximately $16.3 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018. In addition, the Registrant expects to report a net loss of approximately $8.7 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019 as compared to a net loss of $8.0 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018. However, since the Registrant has not completed its financial statements and other disclosures in the Form 10-K, the review of the financial statements and Form 10-K has therefore not been completed, the financial information contained herein is subject to adjustment.
