Hochtief AG (HOT.XE), controlled by Spain's ACS Global Inc. (AMCY), has received bids for its airport unit, Reuters reported Monday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.

Deutsche Bank AG (DB) is organizing the sale, which could now fetch as much as EUR1.2 billion, one source said.

Frankfurt airport operator Fraport, London City and Gatwick airports operator Global Infrastructure Partners Ltd. (GIP), Canada's Brookfield Asset Management and insurer Allianz have made offers, the sources said.

One other bidder has put in a bid for the German operations only, the report said.

Hochtief, Fraport and Allianz declined comment to Reuters, and GIP and Brookfield were not immediately available.
