Titan Trading Analytics Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TTA) (OTCBB: TITAF) ("Titan") announced today that it has named James Leman to the company s board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Leman is currently a Principal and Managing Director at Westwater, a management & technology consulting firm. His 30 year career in financial services includes pioneering the FIX (Financial Information Exchange) Protocol, which has become the global standard for institutional electronic trading.

Recognized as one of the top technology innovators of the '90s by Wall Street & Technology Magazine, Mr. Leman was formerly Managing Director of electronic trading at HSBC , where he managed program and algorithmic trading for the Americas. Prior to that, Mr. Leman was president of SunGard BRASS, a leading provider of equity trading technology. Mr. Leman was also a Managing Director at Citigroup/Salomon Brothers in charge of global electronic trading and connectivity. He started his career at the New York Stock Exchange. Before joining the NYSE Jim served 3 years in the US Army as a rotary wing aviator Captain. He holds a BS in Accounting from St. Peter s College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Mr. Leman is an original member of the FIX committee, comprised of the world s leading investment firms and he helped create regional organizations in the US, Europe, Japan and Asia. Mr. Leman was also a founding member of the Thompson ESG Advisory Committee, a predecessor of the Thompson/DTCC Omgeo Advisory Committee, which set the requirements for the Oasys and Oasys Global electronic trade allocation and confirmation solution for brokers/dealers, investment managers and custodian banks around the world.
