IOT Innovotech Inc

Effective January 1, 2008, Mr. John Pinsent, CA will join the Innovotech Inc.
(TSX VENTURE:IOT) Board of Directors. Mr. Pinsent has outstanding experience in
the oversight and management of knowledge based companies, public and private.
In 2006 he was awarded the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta
Distinguished Service Award for his work serving industry and government
organizations in the high technology sector.


"Mr. Pinsent will add a further level of financial and accounting expertise to
our Board. His experience in the technology sector will assist Innovotech in a
pivotal phase of its development" says Dr. Wolfgang Muhs, Chairman and CEO of
