World Fuel Services Corporation Appoints Robert S. Tocci Chief
Financial Officer and Francis X. Shea Chief Risk and Administrative
Officer MIAMI, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- World Fuel
Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) announced today the appointment of
Robert S. Tocci as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tocci will assume
the position from Francis X. Shea, who has been appointed Chief
Risk and Administrative Officer. Both Mr. Tocci and Mr. Shea retain
their titles of Executive Vice President. Mr. Tocci has served as
President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's Marine
Division since March 2001 and as Executive Vice President of the
Company since April 1995. From April 1988 to April 1995, he served
as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the
Company. Mr. Shea was appointed Executive Vice President Finance in
August of 2001 and has served as the Company's Chief Financial
