Weingarten Realty Investors Announces 3 for 2 Share Split Effective HOUSTON, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weingarten Realty Investors announced that the 3 for 2 share split declared by its Board of Trust Managers on February 20, 2004 will take effect at the close of business today, March 30, 2004. Shares of the Company will begin trading at a split- adjusted price when the market opens on March 31, 2004.
