Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  The shares were owned directly by ELIT Acquisition Sub Corp. ("ELIT"), which was a wholly owned subsidiary of Precision Castparts Corp. Precision Castparts Corp. was an indirect beneficial owner of the reported securities.
( 2)  All of the issuer's outstanding stock was canceled upon the merger of ELIT into the issuer on January 7, 2013. The outstanding shares of ELIT were converted into the shares of the issuer as the surviving corporation.
