Orange County’s largest and most active luxury
homebuilder will debut six model homes in exclusive coastal
enclaves of Coral Canyon and Coral Crest on June 11, 2016
Offering the final opportunities to own in one of California’s
most sought-after addresses, The New Home Company (NEW HOME) (NYSE:
NWHM) today announced the June 11, 2016 opening of Coral Canyon and
Coral Crest in Crystal Cove on the famed Newport Coast.
Luxurious and exclusive, the coastal residences of Coral Canyon
and Coral Crest will be the last to be built in Crystal Cove, the
community master-planned by The Irvine Company and nestled in the
hills above Crystal Cove State Park on the premier stretch between
Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach.
Recently named the second-fastest growing public homebuilder in
the United States and the most active luxury homebuilder in Orange
County, NEW HOME will debut six artfully designed model homes—three
at Coral Canyon and three at Coral Crest—during the highly
anticipated opening weekend.
“Since plans were announced in late 2015, the interest we’ve
received in both Coral Canyon and Coral Crest has been
exceptionally strong,” said NEW HOME Chief Marketing Officer Joan
Marcus-Colvin. “Crystal Cove is a special gem along our coast and
we are truly excited to bring these two neighborhoods to
market.”
At Coral Canyon, NEW HOME will present 28 Mediterranean-inspired
residences designed by Bob White, founder of Forest Studio in
Laguna Beach. Situated alongside the upper northeast point of
Crystal Cove, the homes offer dramatic hillside panoramic views as
well as ocean vistas overlooking Abalone Point. Coral Canyon
features open, single-story living floorplans ranging from 3,782 to
5,290 square feet with up to five bedrooms and five and one-half
baths. Prices begin in the $4 millions.
Coral Crest is a gated enclave of 27 homes designed by Robert
Hidey Architects and set on the upper northwest pinnacle of Crystal
Cove. Coral Crest’s classic Mediterranean, Italiante and Santa
Barbara architecture incorporates modern and elegant design
elements ideal for gathering and entertaining. The homes range from
4,962 to 7,318 square feet of living space with up to six bedrooms
and six and one-half baths. Prices begin in the $5 millions.
“We’re honored to have been selected by The Irvine Company as
the homebuilder to complete Crystal Cove,” said NEW HOME Chief
Executive Officer H. Lawrence Webb. “With this honor came a great
deal of responsibility so we approached this with one very clear
objective: To design and build some of the finest residences in
Orange County. We’re extremely proud of what we’ve created and look
forward to showcasing our model homes to distinctive buyers from
around the world.”
