TigerDirect.com is featured in Stores magazine’s third annual “Favorite 50” feature, based on customer rankings of their overall favorite shopping experience, taking the number 30 spot out of all e-commerce sites in every category.

“TigerDirect is committed to providing customers with the best online shopping experience possible, with low prices on top products and a depth and breadth of information not available anywhere else,” said Gilbert Fiorentino, Chief Executive of the Technology Products Group at Systemax Inc., parent company of TigerDirect. “It is enormously gratifying to see our customers speak through this survey, ranking us as one of their favorite e-commerce experiences in any category. We are particularly honored that the survey was conducted by the National Retail Federation.”

The ranking was featured in Stores magazine, from Stores Media, the publishing and communications arm of the National Retail Federation (NRF), the world’s largest retail trade association. It is the latest in a long line of accolades for TigerDirect this year, including:

  • Ranked seventh by ForeSee Results, a prominent purveyor of consumer satisfaction surveys, in its Spring 2009 Top 100 Online Retail Satisfaction Index. In a related survey from ForeSee, TigerDirect tied for the top place for customer satisfaction in the computers and electronics category
  • Number one ranking in Web availability from Internet Retailer magazine
  • Number 20 ranking in total sales from Dealerscope magazine
  • Recognition for excellence in customer service from American Express/National Retail Federation, Computer Shopper Magazine, BizRate, PriceGrabber.com, Reseller Ratings, and Amazon.com

“The Stores magazine “Favorite 50” is among the most valuable customer feedback we could receive,” added Fiorentino. “We are grateful for the high marks and will strive to continue to provide the best possible online shopping experience.”
