Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On July 1, 2020, the Reporting Persons filed a Form 4 to report this transaction, and on July 7, 2020, the Reporting Persons filed an amendment to the Form 4 in order to correct the stock price and number of shares subject to the transaction. Both the July 1 and July 7, 2020 Form 4s reported an incorrect transaction code. This amendment is being filed to properly code the transaction, which was approved by a committee of Non-Employee Directors and so exempted pursuant to Rule 16b-3 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
(2)	CSP Victory Limited and CSP Alpha Holdings Parent PTE LTD are holding companies indirectly controlled by CSP Management Ltd through wholly-owned subsidiaries. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of all interests reported on this Form 4 except to the extent of such Reporting Person's pecuniary interests.
