Fawley Named Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Reynolds American WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Daniel A. Fawley has been promoted to senior vice president and treasurer for Reynolds American Inc. (NYSE:RAI), succeeding Lynn L. Lane, who will retire Aug. 31. Reynolds American, which became a publicly traded holding company on July 30, is the parent company of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Lane Limited, Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc. and R.J. Reynolds Global Products, Inc. Fawley was previously vice president and assistant treasurer for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings, Inc. Fawley joined RJR Nabisco, Inc., in 1996 as a senior manager - treasury and was promoted to director - treasury the following year. In 1999, he joined R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings as vice president and assistant treasurer. Before joining RJR Nabisco, Fawley was an assistant treasurer at two other companies. A native of Fort Wayne, Ind., Fawley holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University and a master's degree in finance from the University of Bridgeport.
