New Mountain Finance Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: NMFC)
today announced that it will release its financial results for the
quarter ended June 30, 2011 on Thursday, August 11, 2011 after the
close of the financial markets. Additionally at that time, the
Company will declare a dividend to be paid by Friday, September 2,
2011. The Company will host an earnings conference call and audio
webcast at 10:00am (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 12, 2011 to
discuss its second quarter 2011 financial results.
