Coauthored by colleagues at Drexel University and the Hoeganaes Corporation, the paper titled "Development of a Dual-Phase Precipitation- Hardening PM Stainless Steel" was selected by the Technical Board of the Metal Powder Industries Federation from over 300 technical presentations. Dr. Lawley is also a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of ASM and APMI International, and is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Powder Metallurgy. He is an expert in physical and mechanical metallurgy, powder metallurgy, composite materials, and materials engineering design and has consulted, lectured and published extensively in these areas.
