(NYSE: LSI) today announced it will hold its third annual global
Volunteer Day on Wednesday, June 16.
More than 2,000 LSI volunteers will fan out across the globe in
communities where LSI has a presence and spend their day helping a
wide variety of not-for-profit organizations on this day of
community service.
The yearly volunteer day is part of the LSI Philanthropy and
Community Enhancement (PACE) program, which facilitates the
company's commitment to assist the communities in which its
employees live and work. Employees from LSI operations in
North America, Asia and Europe will take this day to help with causes
ranging from food banks and Haiti
relief efforts, to environmental cleanup, home building and
mentoring.

providing much-needed help to not-for-profit organizations
