BATESVILLE, Ind., July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hill-Rom (NYSE: HRC) today announced the appointment of two new executive officers.  Martha Goldberg Aronson has been appointed Senior Vice President and President, North America, and Perry Stuckey has been appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Both appointments are effective August 2, 2010.

Aronson has nearly 20 years of health care experience. She most recently was a Senior Vice President at Medtronic where she held a variety of marketing and general management roles, including Vice President & General Manager Gastroenterology/Urology, and Vice President & General Manager for Medtronic's Neurological and Diabetes business in Europe, where she was based in Switzerland.  Aronson started her career with Bain & Company, after graduating from Wellesley College.  She has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Stuckey joins Hill-Rom from Rockwell Automation, where he most recently was Vice President, Human Resources for Rockwell's Automation Control Products and Solutions Business Segment, which had revenues in excess of $3 billion and more than 10,000 employees. Stuckey began his career at Monsanto, where he held human resources roles of increasing responsibility.  Stuckey has an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University.
