Our key objective is to maximize the business execution and financial performance, short and long- term. Considering some of the immediate challenges and resources we identified, this calls for some creativity and flexibility. By delegating operating issues that do not require my time and attention, this will allow us to be more responsive to customers, employees, investors and other stakeholders."
