Subsequent to its third quarter end earnings release after the
market closes on October 31, 2005, General Growth Properties, Inc.

take place on Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time
(9:00 a.m. CT / 7:00 a.m. PT). To join the call, please visit

right-hand column of the home page to be directed to the live audio
