Forest Laboratories Appoints Francis Perier as Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer NEW YORK, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Forest Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:FRX) announced today that it has appointed Francis I. Perier, Jr. as Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer. John E. Eggers, remains as Vice President - Finance. For eight years prior to March 2004 Mr. Perier served in senior financial positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb including four years as Vice President - Finance, Planning, Business Development and Information Technology at its ConvaTec Division. Prior to that he had been a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Perier is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University.
