Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 29, 2009, Walter S. Scott, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of DigitalGlobe, Inc., entered into a personal sales plan in accordance with the guidelines specified by Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The plan provides for the sale of 92,017 shares of common stock issuable upon exercise of vested options, commencing on November 16, 2009 and continuing until December 10, 2010. 84,017 of the options expire on February 16, 2010, and 8,000 of the options expire on December 15, 2010.

DigitalGlobe corporate policy allows personal stock trading plans so long as they comply with Rule 10b5-1. Other executives of DigitalGlobe may enter into similar plans in the future.
