BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Developers Diversified
Realty Corporation (NYSE: DDR) today announced that Bed Bath &
Beyond, Inc. through its Christmas Tree Shops, buybuy BABY and Bed
Bath & Beyond formats plans to open over 230,000 square feet of
retail space in Developers Diversified shopping centers in
2010.
This year the company has opened three Bed Bath & Beyond
stores at Marketplace at Millcreek in Buford, Georgia; Hamilton Marketplace in
Hamilton, New Jersey; and Oviedo
Park Crossing in Oviedo, Florida;
with another scheduled to open later this year at Tanasbourne Town
Center in Portland, Oregon.
The company has opened one buybuy BABY location at Lake Brandon
Village in Brandon, Florida; and
has plans to open two additional locations at Columbiana Station in
Columbia, South Carolina; and
River Oaks Shopping Center in Valencia,
California.
Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. has also opened a Christmas Tree
Shops at Wrangleboro Consumer Square, in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
