Corn Products International, Inc. Elects Barbara A. Klein to Board Of Directors WESTCHESTER, Ill., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corn Products International, Inc. today announced that its board of directors appointed Barbara A. Klein, 49, as a member of the board of directors effective March 24, 2004. Klein is senior vice president and chief financial officer of CDW Corporation, Vernon Hills, Ill. Prior to this position, she was vice president, finance and chief financial officer for Dean Foods Company. Klein has also held senior level positions with Ameritech Corporation, The Pillsbury Company and Sears, Roebuck & Co. She is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the Chicago Finance Exchange.
