Klein, 49, as a member of the board of directors effective March 24, 2004. Klein is senior vice president and chief financial officer of CDW Corporation, Vernon Hills, Ill. Klein has also held senior level positions with Ameritech Corporation, The Pillsbury Company and Sears, Roebuck & Co.
