Lee was among 190 individuals selected from more than 65 countries.
He is the first American Indian to receive this honor.

Lee, 38, joined Aetna in 2005 and headed the Office of Public
Policy from 2007 to 2009. He served as chief of staff to Aetna’s
Office of the President from 2009 until early this year when he was
appointed to his current position. In his new role, Lee is

valuable contributions to the organization.”
“I am honored to be recognized as a Young Global Leader,” Lee
said. “With this honor comes a personal responsibility to leverage
this important platform and diverse network to make meaningful
progress in addressing major challenges facing the global
community. I am excited to share my experiences and

to transform ideas into action.”
