DeCesare, Jr. as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer for VIST Bank. In his new role, Mr. DeCesare will report directly to Robert Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer, VIST Financial. He will be responsible for oversight of all loan activities and cash management services. These activities include leading a group of regional relationship managers in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Berks and Schuylkill counties in developing new commercial business with a special focus on commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, small business lending and cash management services.
