(b) Departure of Certain Officers

On October 17, 2008, Stephen J. Beshara, Senior Vice President and Chief Branding Officer, a named executive officer of TurboChef Technologies, Inc. ("TurboChef"), ended his service as an executive with TurboChef and left the company’s employ, because his position and functions were eliminated under cost-cutting measures by TurboChef.
