New York Sports Clubs (NYSC), the largest owner and operator of health and fitness clubs in the tri-state area, today announced the opening of its NYSC New Rochelle location in Westchester County. The club is located on the second floor in the new 40 story luxury condominium at Trump Plaza. The 42,000 square-foot, multi-recreational facility, located at 175 Huguenot Road, features full-court basketball, two swimming pools (a four-lane lap pool and an additional pool for children�s swim lessons and aquatic exercise classes), four group exercise studios, men�s and women�s locker rooms with sauna, a member lounge, baby-sitting services, and an extensive array of the latest cardiovascular machines and resistance exercise equipment. Additionally, the facility offers convenient family changing rooms, birthday party rooms and NYSC�s Youth Sports Performance program--IGNITE, which trains young athletes to perfect their skills and improve their abilities in sports. NYSC�s fitness team has designed and programmed the facility to make members� workouts both enjoyable and efficient. Treadmills, ellipticals and other cardio machines are equipped with individual entertainment systems so that members can enjoy TV or music while they exercise.
