Plans to Deploy IPTV
Solution for Android TV, Streamers and
Mobile
TiVo Corporation (NASDAQ: TIVO), a global leader in

(TDS) today announced that TDS has chosen TiVo’s Next-Gen Platform,
to bring innovative entertainment solutions to TDS’ customers. TDS
Telecom will roll out its new TiVo-powered video solution to both
new and existing TV subscribers in both cable operations and
wireline service areas.
TiVo’s Next-Gen Platform will allow TDS to deliver
hyper-personalization,
advanced search and recommendations, voice control,
seamless discovery across linear, over-the-top, on-demand
and cloud DVR
platforms, with superior multiscreen
capabilities via a cloud-based, device-agnostic service. This
new solution will help TDS reduce churn and drive
customer engagement.

TDS’s video solution will include a full
suite of IPTV solutions, including IPVOD, IP

solution, including its market leading Velocix Media Delivery
Platform and Origin Server.
