PORTERVILLE, Calif., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sierra Bancorp (NASDAQ:BSRR), parent of Bank of the Sierra, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, subsequent to the Board's review of the Company's preliminary financial results and capital strength for the third quarter and first nine months of 2009. The per-share dividend is the same as paid last quarter. The dividend will be paid on November 19, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 5, 2009.
