(b) On April 15, 2008, Kenneth S. Goldman resigned as a director of Salary.com. As previously announced in January 2008, Mr. Goldman had remained on the Board for a transitional period following his resignation as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Salary.com in December 2007. There were no known disagreements with Mr. Goldman on any matters relating to Salary.com’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Goldman is now the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Black Duck Software, Inc.
