Rent-A-Center, Inc. (NASDAQ/NGS: RCII), today donated
electronics, including a large-screen HDTV, seven desktop computers
and two gaming consoles to Applegate Housing. The donation is tied
to a philanthropic initiative dubbed “Random Acts of Caring,”
launched by Rent-A-Center in 2008.
“Due to a very generous donation from Rent-A-Center, Applegate
Housing is able to expand its educational, creative, and

Applegate Housing. “It is because of generous supportive
individuals at Rent-A-Center that our community continues to enrich
the lives of many individuals and families.”

organization’s important work in meeting the needs and improving
the lives of residents in Bennington County,” said Xavier
