PEI Licensing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis
International (NASDAQ:PERY), announced today that it has entered
into an exclusive license agreement with 1928 Jewelry Company to
manufacture, design and distribute fashion jewelry products under
the Laundry by Shelli Segal® brand name. Under the agreement, 1928
Jewelry will produce necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, pins
and hair jewelry.
Product will launch for the Spring 2012 season and will be
available within current Laundry by Shelli Segal channels of
distribution such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom and Lord &
Taylor.
