Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (Nasdaq:PTNR)(TASE:PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that Standard & Poor's Maalot ("S&P Maalot") announced today that "it assigned its 'ilAA-' rating to new straight bonds of up to NIS 1 billion, to be issued by Partner Communications Ltd. (ilAA-/Stable). The proceeds from the issue will be used to replace existing debt. The rating reflects our assessment that the debt refinancing by the issue of the new bonds will not significantly affect Partner's financial risk profile".
