In a research report released this week, analyst firm IDC identified Opsware Inc. (NASDAQ:OPSW) as the market share leader and the fastest growing vendor in the worldwide network change and configuration management (NCCM) market for the period 2005-2006. Opsware took the top spot with 31.4 percent of market share in 2006, more than 10 share points ahead of the closest competitor, according to IDC�s Worldwide Network Change and Configuration Management 2007-2011 Forecast and Analysis (1).
