and spa in Pennsylvania, announce the implementation of MICROS
OPERA Enterprise Solution which includes the OPERA Property
Management System and OPERA Activities Scheduler. The OPERA Web
suite for Internet booking and profile management will be added in
the near term. The OPERA Enterprise Solution centralizes operations
for Double Diamond Companies within the corporate headquarters. The
company's three resorts include White Bluff Resort, a premier
resort destination and master planned 3,450-acre residential
community in Texas and host of the Texas State Open, The Cliffs
Resort, a premier resort destination and master planned 1,090-acre
residential community in Texas, and Eagle Rock Resort a prestigious
4,200-acre golf and ski community in the beautiful Blue Mountains
in northeast Pennsylvania, offering championship golf, swimming and
snow skiing, as well as a full on-site spa and equestrian center.
In all, there are nearly 300 guest rooms, suites and condominiums.
The resorts also boast retail and dining establishments. Double

corporate headquarters to consolidate all sales and marketing
efforts, control costs more effectively, and acquire information
for faster decision-making. The legacy system, with its excessive
dependence on manual manipulation of disparate databases, limited
management's ability to analyze guest spending and resort
operations. MICROS OPERA property management system (PMS), in
conjunction with OPERA Activities Scheduler (Golf & Spa), are
suitable for managing many highly dispersed properties, and
providing true centralized data and real-time reporting. The
complete OPERA Enterprise Solution also allowed Double Diamond to
fulfill all its needs with one provider, thereby minimizing
