ISSI Announces Industry's Leading Ultra Low Power, High Speed Asynchronous SRAM for Mobile and Battery Back-up Applications SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc (NASDAQ:ISSI), a leader in advanced memory solutions, today announced the industry's leading ultra low power, high speed asynchronous SRAMs, the IS61WV6416LL and the IS63WV1024LL, targeted for mobile and battery back-up applications. These 1 Meg devices, configured as 64Kx16 and 128Kx8 respectively, combine a fast access time of 20ns with a typical standby current of only 4uA and a typical operating current of 15mA. ISSI's new SRAMs operate at 2.5V to 3.6V over an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 C and have a wide data retention voltage range of 1.2V to 3.6V. Both devices are fabricated using high-performance 6T 0.15micron CMOS technology. This highly reliable process, coupled with ISSI's innovative circuit design techniques, yields devices with high-performance and low power consumption. The IS63WV1024LL, X8 organization, is available in 36-ball mBGA, and 32-pin TSOP2, sTSOP1 and SOJ JEDEC standard packages, The IS61WV6416LL, X16 organization, is available in 48-ball mBGA, and 44-pin TSOP2 JEDEC standard packages.
