SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISSI) today reported that the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council ("Listing Council") notified the Company that, pursuant to its discretionary authority, the Listing Council has called for review the December 7, 2006 decision of the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel ("Panel") and stayed any determinations to suspend the Company's securities from trading pending further action by the Listing Council. As ISSI reported previously, on December 7, 2006, the Panel notified the Company that it will remain listed on Nasdaq subject to the filing by February 13, 2007 of all required restatements and delinquent periodic reports, communication with the Panel about the results of the independent committee's investigation, and compliance with all other requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company may now submit additional information to the Listing Council by March 2, 2007. The Listing Council will review the Panel's decision on the written record. There can be no assurance that the Listing Council will determine that the Company should remain listed on Nasdaq.
