SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISSI) today announced that Gary Fischer, President and CFO, will change his role at the Company. Mr. Fischer will step down as President and CFO but he will remain on the ISSI board of directors. Mr. Fischer joined the company in 1993 and has held a variety of titles and functions during his tenure. He will continue on an as-needed basis to assist in the areas of investor relations, strategic and financial planning and to provide support to his replacement. Mr. Fischer plans to serve as acting CFO until a permanent CFO is appointed. Mr. Lee, currently Chairman and CEO, will become Chairman, CEO and President of ISSI. "This is the right time in ISSI's history for me to make this change," said Mr. Fischer. "We have successfully transferred a substantial portion of our operations to Asia and after twelve and one half years I am ready for a new challenge. I will be joining a start up company but will continue to serve on the ISSI board and support ISSI in various ways."
